At Coldex India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we offer a full refund or a free replacement within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind about purchasing the item(s).
  • Damaged or Poor Condition: If the item(s) received is in poor, damaged, or mutilated condition.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item(s) different from what you ordered.

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the item(s) is returned in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase, within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Return Costs

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us, including return shipping charges and any applicable taxes. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our sales/support team at the earliest opportunity. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, they will still attempt delivery. In this case, kindly refuse to accept the delivery.

Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify its packaging/condition, we will process your refund within 3-4 working days. The refund will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Warranty

All products sold by Coldex India are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for one (1) year. If you find the product not functioning properly after opening the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction within seven (7) days, no questions asked. The faulty product/part must be returned to us for replacement or repair. Please note that transformers, chargers, and adapters are not included in the warranty.

Important Note

When taking delivery of your ordered items, please ensure the product is undamaged and properly packed before acknowledging receipt. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our sales/support team immediately.
